Our services start from early Project Management engagement to gather the full requirements for your new product or custom capital equipment/machinery through to V&V testing, commissioning and production start up.

Solid Design also provides training for engineering groups and seminars for individuals and groups.

Project Management is a primary core service of Solid Design. It is a strategic tool for the design engineering process and is crucial to achieving your performance, cost, schedule, risk mitigation and market entry objectives. Creating the right project plan, driven by real requirements lays the foundation for building the right project team. Project teams will be made up of Solid Design in-house resources, Client resources when available and subject matter experts and contracted 3rd party resources with whom we have developed strategic relationships.
