Build the Right Team

Bringing the right talent together after the project framework is written, is the next critical step in designing complex products. Once the core of the project team is selected, Solid Design’s project managers detail the project plan in consultation with these team members. Utilizing Solid Design’s proven Phase-Gate engineering design process as a guide, a detailed work breakdown structure is created in Microsoft Project to quantify the time and cost required for the project.

The first steps are the most important! Fully gathering requirements from you the Client, from key stakeholders and from users of the product is our first step.
